As a Lead Consultant, I specialize in children’s ministry, family ministry, coaching ministry staff and leaders, and church staffing—helping churches find the right people to serve in specific roles.
For 10 years, I have worked with churches of many sizes and denominations across the United States, helping leaders strengthen their ministries and move forward with clarity and confidence.
Educational & School Consulting
My educational background includes a B.S. in Elementary Studies and an M.A. in School Administration. I have served in both public and private schools as a teacher, instructional leader, director, and head of school.
I provide personalized consulting and individualized coaching for educational leaders, including preschool directors and heads of school or principals in private Christian schools. I have particular expertise in building a strong, healthy bridge between a church and the school it considers a ministry.
